Trying out new VSCO films on Maui photos

I just bought a new film pack from VSCO. They recently introduced what they call Film Essentials. It is a collection of a few favorites from all of their available packs. I installed them into Lightroom and thought I would give them a try. Being that the vacation was pretty awesome I thought that testing these out would be a perfect opportunity to relive some moments in Maui. So far I really like the films. There is a good variety in the films and it gives me a good idea of what the film packs can do. If I’m going to buy more it will likely be the instant film pack. That is one where I want all of it. It just looks great.

The films I used on these ones are the Fuji Astia, Kodak Gold 200, and Fuji Provia 400x. I really dig the look and feel I get from VSCO films. As someone who would shoot real film exclusively if my wallet allowed it, I really like the results.

What do you think?
